FY2010 Highlights
- Expanded our construction fleet by adding six construction vessels: Swiber Atlantis, 1MAS-300, Magnificent, PJW3000, Aziz and Chai
- Signed a joint venture agreement with Indonesian businessman Mr. Eddy Sariaatmadja
- Secured US$188.8 million contract in Consortium for EPCIC work for multiple well head platforms
- Secured US$117.5 million contract in Consortium for EPCIC work for platforms and pipelines
- Secured US$148.0 million contract for the engineering, procurement, transportation and installation of several pipelines in South Asia including major platform modifications
- Secured contract worth between US$17.0 – US$27.0 million for the transportation and installation of heavy structures
- Secured a US$618.0 million EPIC contract together with our consortium partner, the single largest contract that the Group has secured in a consortium bid to date
FY2011 Outlook & Strategy

Newcruz Offshore Marine Services
About- Offers a spread of offshore marine support services that are complementary to our offshore EPIC services
- Vertical integration of our capabilities, enabling us to offer comprehensive solutions to our customers
- Expanded our support fleet by adding five construction vessels: Swiber Charlton, Swiber Mary-Ann, Swiwar Crusader, Swiber Bhanwar and Vallianz Hope

Kreuz Offshore Subsea Services
About- Provides subsea services which support new offshore installation and construction projects
- Provides IRM for existing offshore production and pipeline facilities
- Successfully listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited
- Expanded our asset base, acquiring two work accommodation barges, saturation and air diving systems and cranes as well as ROVs
- Secured a US$7.6 million subsea installation contract awarded by a leading offshore construction company in the oil and gas business located in the Middle East
- Secured a Letter of Intent for a US$6.2 million subsea installation contract from a leading offshore construction company in the oil and gas business located in South Asia
- Remain focused on providing subsea construction and installation services which support new offshore construction and installation projects as well as IRM services for existing facilities
- Continue to expand our range of subsea services and invest in our operating assets through the acquisition of new operating assets, including ROV and air diving systems
- Increase our penetration in the Asia Pacific, India, and Middle East subsea market

FY2011 Outlook and Strategy
- Explore new opportunities, leveraging on our extensive engineering expertise and existing vessel fleet to provide offshore wind farm installation services and wave energy installation services, especially in Europe where the main market is experiencing rapid growth
- Develop the engineering capabilities with research and development in Singapore based on partnerships
- Develop efficient methods to install offshore wind turbines safely and at reduced cost
- Establish long term partnerships with the major players in the renewable energy sector in Europe
- Establish a permanent office and project team in Europe
